Refund policy

At Sorella Luxe, every product is made and package with care to ensure you receive the highest quality. Because our products are personal care items, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • The wrong item was shipped

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sorellaluxe.co with:

  • Your order number 
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Clearance or promotional items are final sale.
