Processing Time:

• Orders are process within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Times:

• We offer flat-rate shipping within the U.S. - rate are calculated at checkout.
• Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on location.
• Expedited shipping option are available at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

• Once your order is handed to the carrier, Sorella Luxe is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect delivery due to inaccurate addresses entered at checkout.
• If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive is, please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.
